NTC Intourist enters the top five of leading companies on the market of outbound tour-operating.

NTC Intourist sends Russian tourists to most popular destinations, including Turkey, Egypt, Spain, Italy, Greece, Malta, Czech Republic, Austria, Bulgaria, Tunisia, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, India (Goa), etc. The company has its own host agencies on main tourist directions: Turkey (Antalya, Marmaris), Egypt (Khurgada, Sharm-el-Sheikh). In other directions NTC Intourist has been cooperating with constant partners for more than 10 years.

Educational center «Kolumb» in Saint-Petersburg office of NTC Intourist is working all the year round and is preparing managers, guides, employees of reservation department of host agencies. The results of its activities are thoroughly controlled by the quality control division.

Inbound Tourism

Inbound tourism is a historically leading business direction of NJSC Intourist, which has been developed by the company since the time of its foundation in 1929. At the present time the activities are implemented through the structural subdivision – Department of Inbound Tourism. The field of its competence includes the marketing of Russian tourist products and Intourist services on the external market, as well as the organization of services for foreign tourists and businessmen in Russia. The Department provides the whole complex of services, which includes:

• Elaboration of optimal routes of travels and stay programs,
• Accommodation in hotels of Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and other cities of the RF,
• Catering services,
• Transfers and other tourist transportation,
• Excursion services and visits to interesting objects,
• Services of professional guides with good command of foreign languages,
• Visa support to foreign customers.

The company is engaged in organization of tours ascoss Russia, Ukraine, and Abkhazia and offers the wide range of different variants of vacation – beach holidays, health-improving, active tours and excursions.

The main directions of operator activities of travel bureau «Orient» are the Black Sea Coast of Russia, Ukraine, Abkhazia, seaside of Azov Sea, midland of Russia, Moscow region and Leningrad region, Caucasian Mineral Waters, Odessa, Truscavets, Morshin.
