The inbound department of the INTOURIST tour operator has added tours to the stages of the «Race of Heroes» to its product lineup. The tours are now available for foreign tourists and groups wishing to test themselves on one of Russia’s largest obstacle courses.

Prior to announcing the launch of the sports tours, the INTOURIST team personally tried out the route.

On August 22, a team of nine employees from various departments of the tour operator took part in the «Race of Heroes,» which was held at the Alabino training ground in the Moscow region.

The team was led by Sergey Strebkov, Director of the Domestic Tourism Department. All nine participants overcame every stage and obstacle with dignity and coordination, earning commemorative awards.

As a reminder, participants faced an eight-kilometer course with 32 obstacles of varying difficulty: monkey bars, crossings, water hazards, ropes, and much more.

INTOURIST supports employees who lead an active lifestyle and their positive initiatives in this field.

Participation in the race served not only as a test of endurance but also as an opportunity to thoroughly study the product now offered to guests from abroad.

The «Race of Heroes» has been held since 2013 and has since become one of the most recognizable mass sport events in the country.

Tourists from abroad can now combine discovering Russia with a thrilling extreme adventure, pushing their limits either as part of a team or individually.

The format suits both beginners and professional participants.
